Bamou conte à travers un histoire d'amour déchirante marquée par les péripéties de la lutte contre l'occupation étrangères, le drame d'un couple du terroir, déterminé à sauvegarder sa relation innocente et son héritage civilisationnel dans un esprit de pureté et de sacrifice. 

A travers le déroulement des faits entrent en jeu d’autres facteurs sociaux nés de la contradiction entre l’affirmation soi et de la soumission aux influences étrangères. Ils sont en quelque sorte le produit de l’inéluctable alliance dirigée contre toutes les formes d’aliénation colonialiste.                                        

Du coup, les faits vont à la fois s’imbriquer et s’interférer pour s’orienter vers cette dialectique : le sacrifice pour l’affirmation de la personnalité et le dévouement à la patrie.

Bamou tells through a torn love story marked by the adventures of the struggle against foreign occupation, the drama of a local couple, determined to safeguard its innocent relationship and its civilizational heritage in a spirit of purity and sacrifice .

Through the different events, other social factors arise from the contradiction between self-affirmation and submission to foreign influences. They are in a way the product of the inevitable alliance directed against all forms of colonialist alienation.

The events will at once be intertwined and interfere with this dialectic : the sacrifice for the affirmation of the personality and the devotion to the country.
