L'histoire d'un jeune de la rue grandissant sans-abri dans le chaos et la misère d'une ville impitoyable. Said, un adolescent qui a toujours vécu dans la misère et la souffrance, décide de se venger d'une société cruelle et intolérante… A partir de cette trame, le film évoque des problèmes sociaux qui, évidemment, ne sont pas propres à notre société : enfants de la rue, viol, exploitation humaine, violence contre les femmes, autorité parentale outrancière.
