La Marche Verte, c'est 350.000 participants, 350.000 histoires.

Tous avancent dans un même et unique but, le destin de tout un peuple, l'avenir de toute une Nation. Ensemble, à l'appel de leur Monarque, ils entament cette Marche Pacifique et partent à la reconquête de leur pays, le Royaume du Maroc.

"La Marche Verte" se veut être un film choral, un film où s'entremêlent les destins d'une poignée d'hommes et de femmes ayant pour point commun de se battre pacifiquement pour la liberté d'un territoire colonisé.

Le film "La Marche Verte" nous raconte l'histoire d’une mère, Zhor, qui risqua sa vie il y a 40 ans afin de mettre son enfant au Monde sur la Terre de son défunt mari, le Sahara Marocain Occupé. Autour de cette histoire se croisent des personnages, tous différents, et tous complémentaires, car tous mus par un même rêve, celui participer à la construction du Maroc moderne.

Le film est un hommage, vibrant et  chaleureux, à toutes ces femmes et à tous ces hommes qui ont participé à faire du Maroc le grand pays qu'il est devenu aujourd'hui.

Le film n'est qu'une goutte d'eau dans cette marée humaine qui déferla jusqu'aux portes du Sahara Marocain occupé.

“The Green March” is 350 000 participants, 350 000 stories.

They are all heading towards the same and unique goal, the fate of all people, the future of an entire nation. They have all responded to the call of their Monarch. They all started this peaceful march to re-conquer their land under Spanish occupation.

“The Green March” aims to be a choral film, presenting the intertwined fates of a handful of men and women, sharing the same objective: to fight for the freedom of their colonized territory.

“The Green March” tells the story of a mother, Zhor, who risked her life 40 years ago by joining to the march. Her objective was to give birth to her child on her late husband’s land, the occupied Moroccan Sahara. This story is an intersection of different characters, all complementary to one another since they are all driven by the same dream, which is to contribute to the construction of modern Morocco.

The film is a vibrant tribute to all these women and men who participated in making Morocco be the great country it is today.

This movie is only a drop of water in this human tide that have walked through the doors of the occupied Moroccan Sahara.
