Vers la fin des années quarante, en pleine lutte contre le colonialisme espagnol,bdans le village d’Aouchtam, vit la famille d’El Haj, vieil homme atteint de cécité.
Après une opération qui lui rend la vue, il rentre chez lui, faisant mine d’être toujours aveugle.

At the end of the 40’s, at the height of the struggle against the colonial power of spain in the village called Aouchtam, the family of EL HAJ, a blind old man, lives there.
