El moudir Asmaa

Biography

Asma El Moudir is a young Moroccan filmmaker. Her love of cinema came to her at the age of 10 when she watched Nabyl Ayouch's film "Ali zaoua". After graduating with a BA in Literary Studies, Asmae joined ISCA Rabat. She is also studying Film and Audiovisual Studies at Abdelmalek Saaidi University and a Masters in Audiovisual and Digital Content Production at ISIC Rabat. Her short film "The Last Ball" participated in the competition of the 12th Tangier Film Festival. Asmaa has also made several short films and documentaries in freelance with production companies in Morocco and abroad.
