Salmy Aziz
Biography
Aziz Salmy was born in Meknes, Morocco. Alongside his training as an actor with prestigious names such as Andréas Voutsinas, Ariane Mnouchkine, Jacques Lecocq, Jean Louis Martin Barbaz and Pierre Debauche, he staged numerous plays before devoting himself to cinema, starting with being the assistant director of many French and Moroccan directors before making his own films. In addition, he studied at Paris III (Sorbonne Nouvelle) where he obtained a doctorate in theater on the Moroccan public.
Author of three short films, "Déjà vu" in 1999, "Un voyage de trop" in 2001 and "Ayda" in 2003. He also directed three TV movies: "Petits secrets", "le manteau de mon père" and "bent" Cheikha "as well as a documentary for Aljazira" Ù…ØÙ†Ø© هوية "" The fate of an identity ".
He has directed two feature films : "Amours voilées" and "Larmes de Sable".
