Crossing the Seventh Gate

Crossing the Seventh Gate is a cinematographic essay, never published, writtenn by Ahmed Bouanani. Essafi goes to meet him, in order to draw a portrait of a man who has structured the vision of a Moroccan cinema in the minds for the past, the present and the future. This document is exceptional, because the writer Bouanani died three years after the meeting with Essafi. The spectator is lucky because he can see abstractst of films, conversations and other documents that trace the artistic universe of this poet.
