1969: To get rid of the accidental death of his father, Lahcen leaves his village in the Moroccan Atlas to join his childhood friend, Omar, a nurse in Tangier.

Billed by easy money, Omar is involved in an international network of organ trafficking. Lahcen tries to escape the psychological grip of an increasingly manipulative Omar.

40 years later, Lahcen is arrested by the police. Ali, his son will refuse to admit that his father can be the subject of an arrest warrant. He will then try to clear the honor of his family. During his quest, Ali will cross Said's path that he will eventually believe to be his brother.

A strange friendship will be born between the two men and will lead them to Ceuta (called Sebta in Berber and in Arabic), Spanish enclave in the north of Morocco where they will each discover their own truth.
