CHOUIKA Driss

Biography

Driss Chouika was born in 1954 in Kelâa Sraghna. He graduated from the Hassan II High School in Marrakech in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in economics, and then gets his law degree at the University of Casablanca eight years later. For one year, he followed a practical training course in cinematographic techniques in Paris. He participates in the Moroccan movement for amateur cinema (FNCCM). And he worked as a trainee in the film industry before becoming a filmmaker.
